WHOLE CORE FLAME RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT
(PVC/PVG TYPE)
This kind of conveyor belt is divided into two types: PVC and PVG.
PVC type conveyor belt's top and bottom layers are PVC coating cover, Single-sided tape thickness ≥1.0mm, inclined angel:<16°.
PVG type conveyor belt's upper and lower layers are nitrile rubber and PVC, which have the feature of TPE. single-sided tape thickness: 1mm-3mm, inclined angel:<20°
Structure
It is made from the whole core via dipping and plastifying in polyvinyl chloride(pvc) dipping agent or sulfuration. Besides that, it is fire retardant, ant-static, shock resistant, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant.
Application
for the underground well haulage of coal mines, the conveyance of materials for metallurgical and chemical industries.

General Steel Cord Conveyer Belt
It uses the new type steel cord as the tear resistant element. It has high tension strength, small elongation, excellent troughability and high flexibility, and it is applicable for the conveyance of materials with long distance, large freight volume and high speed.
Tear Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
On one side or two sides vertical that is perpendicular to the lengthways steel cable, evenly lay the reinforcing layer of the steel cable, steel cord, fabric, etc.It has excellent impact and tearing resistance performance.
Tear Resist Belt With Detector
It uses the new type steel cord as the tear resistant element. Between the steel cord conveyor belts' core rubber and bottom cover, build in the phase shift sensor(coil) at a certain distance lengthways.
It gives out an alarm and stops running automatically whenever a tearing of the belt is detected, or the belt runs abnormally and reaches the preset off speed.

Application
Heat resistant conveyer belt is mainly used to transport high temperature materials, such as sintering ore.hot coke, clinker, hat casting, etc.
Structure
EPDM or SBR as the covering layer rubber, and high modulus low shrinkage polyester or nylon canvas as the strong casing ply. This kind of belt can use the heat resistant woven glass fabric between the cover rubber and the layers to improve the working life of the belt.

CORRUGATED SIDEWALL CONVEYER BELT
Application
Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt always work together with the sidewall transferring system, normally the angle is more than 30°, It also could work together with the general conveying machine for the horizontal and short distance transportation. (Generally, No cleated)
Sidewall conveyor belt using baseband that the though degree is more that 0.03,sidewall and cleated(which is not necessary in the horizontal transportation)was made after twice sulfuration.
